The 800 model water-stabilization mixing station is an efficient construction equipment, mainly used for the mixing of base layer stabilizing materials. The theoretical production capacity is 800 tons per hour, and the actual output range is 500-750 tons per hour (affected by factors such as raw materials and equipment condition). The double-rotor forced mixing main unit is equipped with two hard toothed gear reducers and two 55-kilowatt motors. The aggregate bin provides three combinations of 4-6 bins. The fully automatic online feedback control supports manual and automatic operation, and the safety performance is stable.
