







The 600 model water-stabilization mixing station is a piece of equipment suitable for the construction of sub-base layers for high-grade highways, railways, and airports. It has the feature of being versatile in one machine, capable of preparing various mix ratios of stabilized soil base materials. The theoretical production rate is 600 tons per hour. The actual output is affected by factors such as raw material ratio and equipment maintenance. The dual metering method of the cement transfer bin and the screw electronic scale, as well as the fully sealed powder material transportation. The aggregate bin is usually designed with 4 compartments, each with a volume of 10-14 m³, capable of accommodating various raw materials. The double-rotor forced mixing main unit has a motor power of 75-132 kW. Some high-end models use dual-motor drive (such as 2×45 kW). The floor area of the split type is approximately 45×15 m², while the base-free integrated machine can be reduced to 29×8 m². The modular structure is convenient for transportation and is suitable for large-scale projects such as highways.
