The theoretical production capacity of the 500 model water stabilization station is usually 500 tons per hour, while the actual production capacity is generally around 400-450 tons per hour. The double-rotor forced mixing machine has a motor power of 75 kW and uses a multi-bin batching machine, such as a 3-bin, 4-bin or 5-bin design. The width or length of each bin is usually 3.4 meters, which is convenient for loading with a loader. The batching belt scale commonly uses a skirted belt, which has good blocking effect and is durable. The electronic belt scale uses frequency converter speed control for precise measurement. The automation is controlled by a centralized computer, with a clear workflow on the operation panel and simple operation.
Stabilized soil mixing plant
Efficient mixing ability: capable of uniformly mixing materials such as lime, cement, fly ash, sand and gravel into high-quality stable soil
Simple structure, easy operation: low maintenance cost, low failure rate
Accurate ingredients: Each material is accurately proportioned to ensure the strength and stability of the roadbed
Improve road durability: The stable soil base produced has strong compressive, frost resistance, and durability
Economy: Compared with on-site manual mixing, the efficiency is improved by 3-5 times, and the quality is more stable
Widely applicable: can be used for highways, urban roads, airport runways, railway embankments
Strong continuous supply capability: ensuring the 24-hour construction needs of large construction sites
