The 400 model water-stabilization mixing station is a medium-sized equipment for pavement base layer construction. Its theoretical production capacity is 400 tons per hour. In actual operation, affected by factors such as raw material properties and mix ratios, it usually reaches 300-400 tons per hour. The number of aggregate bins is 3-4, with each bin having a volume of 8-12 cubic meters. It can store multiple specifications of aggregates simultaneously. The double-rotor forced type without liner design has a motor power of 55-110 kW, ensuring uniform mixing and low maintenance costs. The total power is 90-120 kW, including all system energy consumption such as batching, conveying, and mixing. The floor area ranges from 22×3 meters (baseless integrated machine) to 47.5×8 meters (fixed type). The baseless model only requires a hardened ground and is easy to move. Electronic belt scales, screw scales, and turbine flowmeters are used.
